A salute to you, neighbors! Your participation in the Irving Rotary Club's Flags Over Irving was outstanding! Out of 240 Flags flying over Irving this past July 4th, a whopping 135 of them were in the Hospital District! Proceeds will be used toward scholarships awarded yearly to college-bound seniors from Bob Mynster

Nelda Bentle moved to the Hospital District 4 years ago from Connecticut. We'll miss her, but we share her excitement for her new home at Amon Carter Lake. The house features an office or studio, 5x7 cedar closet, sprinkler system, security system, & covered brick patio. Letters to the Editor: editor@hdna.org The evening's are cooling off - perfect for a walk. But a change of pace is needed from the usual route. Here's an idea: Head to Lively Park where the walking track is lit for evening walks and is open daily until 10 PM. Lively Park has access by foot and car by turning East from MacArthur Boulevard onto either North or South Blaylock Circle (See the map). It is also possible to walk down Limetree and follow the viaduct and cross the bridge to Lively Park.If this is convenient for you, it can add a new, fun adventure to your route.

HDNA.org was created in February 2000 as a gift to residents to provide technology to connect people through the Internet and create a neighborhood cyber-community. Its aim is an improved style of neighborhood association - one that keeps the best aspects, while eliminated the boring meetings, gossip, politics and other inefficiencies of older methods of communication. By eliminating scheduling conflicts, telephone tag, and delays in waiting for endless meetings to happen, your HDNA.org web site will connect you anytime YOU choose. And, you can present feedback and ideas as often and as many times as you like. Newlsetters are currently mailed to residents and area businesses, and we can get together for events and projects you want to help with or take part in. HDNA is the only organization to incude ALL of the streets that have been known for decades as the Hospital District, and whose boundaries were drawn by history, and common use by both residents and real estate professionals. See the Map for details. With hundreds of participants, we are well on our way and it is very exciting to see it grow together.
